Space Invaders asks if we recognize power for what it is or only for how it presents itself. The figures in the collection are celebrated, desired, and reside where influence is revered. And yet, they all share the same face—a composite of history’s most ruthless leaders, repackaged for modern aspiration. Set against opulent, kaleidoscopic backdrops that aestheticize control, Space Invaders challenges us to look beyond power’s performance. Are we evolving past its cycles or just giving them new names?
